Distribution of Mosquito Nets

The latest project is the distribution of Mosquito nets, this is the best example of this good cause. Tanzania has the third-largest population of malaria in Africa, that are at high risk:
over 90% of the population live in areas where there is malaria. Each year, 14-18 million people contract malaria in Tanzania, of which 60,000 die from the deadly disease. Most of them are young children. The Mosquito nets will be very beneficial to the people of Tanzania. People exposed to malaria develop partial immunity, but one does not develop full immunity to malaria. However, this partial immunity can disappear over the years
if you live in areas where there is no malaria. There are currently no vaccines against malaria you can purchase. Malaria is one of Tanzania’s deadliest diseases, accounting for 36% of deaths among children under the age of 5 years and approximately 40% of all hospital outpatient visits. Nearly all 46 million Tanzanians are at risk, according to the World Health Organisation’s 2012 World Malaria Report.
